Christmas day is the only holiday that we do not run our routes. If your pickup falls on Christmas day, we will pick up the following business day.
Drivers begin routes very early in the morning. Please make sure that your enclosure or container is accessible the night before your scheduled pickup.
If the driver missed you or your container was blocked please call 541-994-5555 to arrange a pickup.
