Security Deposit:
We require a three month security deposit to start service. This deposit
is held for one year and is credited back to your account as long as your
account has not been discontinued for non-payment.
Pick Up Time:
Please make sure that your garbage and recycle vessels are out the
night before your pickup.
Extra Garbage:
We will pick up extra garbage outside of your roll cart for an additional
fee. Simply just set the bag, box or can next to your roll cart.
Missed Pickup:
If the driver missed you or you forgot to put out your trash just call
us at 994-5555.
Moving:
If you are moving to another home in North Lincoln County simply call
our office and let us know. We will get your roll cart transferred to your
new home. If you are moving outside of North Lincoln County please let
us know, and we will pick up your roll cart and recycling tote/cart. You
are responsible for service until we are notified by you to stop service.
Billing and Non-Payment:
We bill every other month alphabetically. (A thru K one month - L thru Z
the next month). We bill one month in the rears and one month in advance. Non payment of service will result in your roll cart and recycle tote being brought in after the third week from the stop date. If your roll cart is brought in, there is a $25.00 resume fee.
Holidays:
Christmas Day is the only day we do not run our regular routes. If your
normal pick up day falls on Christmas, we will pick up your garbage on
the following day. All other holidays are on a normal schedule.
