We have a number of options for you to pay your bill, including EasyPay, our online automatic payment option. With EasyPay, you can eliminate the hassle of writing checks and buying stamps.
You can also make one time payments to your account using our online billing.
We also take credit card or check payments by phone. Please call the office during regular hours to talk to a customer service representative.
We bill residential customers every two months, one in arrears, one in advance. For example, a bill that goes out on July 1st will cover service from June 1st to July 31st. Commercial customers are billed monthly.
Customers signing up for EasyPay with the full online option (includes email billing) are elligible to enter a drawing for an Amazon Kindle. Come into the office to sign up and you will be entered; a new drawing is held each billing cycle.
