12/11/23 Employee Spotlight: Greg Grotvik

This week's employee spotlight is Greg Grotvik! Greg has been with NLSS since May of 2017, which is almost 7 years now. Time flies when you're having fun 😉

He is the utility driver for NLSS covering mini routes (baby routes that start small and grow up to full size!), bulky routes (item pick up, roll cart deliveries, and scrap metal), and long hauls to the landfill. We are beyond grateful for Greg because he can pretty much do every job that requires a CDL...which is an asset we are so lucky to have!

Here are some fun facts about Greg:

• Why did you decide to work at NLSS?

NLSS was a great opportunity to work at the coast. Plus, I like my coworkers! 😊

• What are your favorite hobbies?

My hobbies include taking care of my 10-month old puppy Willow and many many home improvement projects (Willow is the cutest!). 🐶

• How do you get involved in your community?

I participate in the local Lincoln City Elks Lodge. 🦌

He is trustworthy, dependable, and a great communicator. We wouldn't be where we are today without his help to get there. Thank you, Greg, for being such a critical part of the company. We know your customers appreciate you too! Make sure to say "hi" if you ever see him out and about. 👋
