Construction & Demolition Debris - a quick rundown!
The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) prohibits Schooner Creek Refuse Transfer Station from accepting any Asbestos Containing Material (ACM), which means every construction & demolition (C&D) load has to have paperwork verifying that there is no ACM present.
If you are disposing of any C&D, there are required forms for both a drop box or self-haul to Schooner Creek Refuse Transfer Station.
- If your C&D was constructed before January 1st, 2004, you're required to have an asbestos test completed. Call our office for a list of local asbestos surveyors. Click here for more information: https://www.northlincolnsanitary.com/OtherServices/Asbestos
- The Drop Box Liability Release Form is required to be filled out before we can deliver a drop box: https://www.northlincolnsanitary.com/.../DropBoxLiability...
- The Construction & Demolition Waste Acceptance Form is required to be filled out for any C&D load coming to the Schooner Creek Refuse Transfer Station: https://www.northlincolnsanitary.com/TransferStation
