The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) policy states if you receive three contamination notices within six-months, North Lincoln Sanitary may apply financial or service consequences. If you receive three notices your Mixed Recycling or Mixed Compost container will be removed. There is a charge for dumping the container as garbage upon removal.

If you would like to have Mixed Recycling or Mixed Compost service reinstated once removed, you will need to take the Mixed Recycling or Mixed Compost Quiz and pay a $25.00 re-delivery fee.
